About Kathleen Keegan

I’ve been helping homes find new owners since 2003. I work along the South Shore (Massachusetts) and specialize in PEMBROKE (my home town), Kingston, Duxbury, Marshfield, and Plymouth.

Working with a great Realtor is a bit like finding that perfect waitress who knows what you want on a busy Friday night.

I would love to be included in your search. Here’s some info about me.

  • My Family

My man. We fell in love sharing a foxhole at Fort Drum, NY.

I’m the person I am today with a great mom and stepdad. They like to travel and spend my inheritance. But I’m not bitter.

The honeymoon is never over.

This was Sean’s going away party (for his deployment to Iraq) where we celebrated all the holidays he would miss. This was our anniversary (rated PG, of course).

Cole and Quinn think real estate rocks, too!!

Whenever I tell them it’s time for bed, music and song break out.

Don’t worry about the kids feeding themselves while I sell your house. They’re all set.

But, when it comes down to it, Holly, the only other female in my home, is the only real respect I get.

I consider myself a guidance counselor, not a decision maker (that’s you). I have more than 21 years experience of sales and customer service. I specialize in representing clients in the purchase and sale of residential real estate along the South Shore and my favorite towns to sell are Pembroke, Kingtson, Plymouth and Marshfield. To check out my resume, see below.

GREETINGS! I’m Kathleen Keegan and I love real estate so it is is fitting that my company name is RealEstateRocks. I am a full-time licensed Realtor with the following letters after my name (we real estate agents love letters):

ASP – Accredited Staging Professional
CRB – Certified Buyers Representative
Member of National Association of Realtors (since 2002 – present)
Member of Massachusetts Association of Realtors (since 2002 – present)
Member of Plymouth & Shoth Shore Realtors (since 2002 – present)

Real estate is HOME, it’s MEMORIES, and it’s a ticket to FINANCIAL FREEDOM. Let’s get started on this amazing endeavor.

Personal Information

I grew up in Monument Beach (beginning of the Cape) and was raised by my mother, an amazing woman.

My dad was part of UDT (Underwater Demolation Team), a Frogman, and then became a Navy Seal. Unfortuneately he stepped on a landmine in Vietnam and with a broken leg and shrapnel everywhere, he died on the operating table. He is buried in Belle Plaine, MN where he grew up. We have the best family reunions there every few years. It’s one of my favorite events.

I attended college in New Haven, CT at Albertus Magnus College. After college I moved to Osaka, Japan and taught English. A truly remarkable experience living in another country.

As well as a licensed Real Estate Agent, I also have been serving in the Massachusetts Army National Guard since 1990 . My current rank is Major. I enjoy snuggling with the men in my life (my husband and two sons), traveling (ahhhh, love the Caribbean), playing poker or most any other card game, and real estate.

My Confession

I am addicted to reality shows – Survivor – I’ve seen every episode, every season, The Apprentice, The Amazing Race, Big Brother. I hope that doesn’t change your mind about working with me.

I volunteer or am involved with the following programs:

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors. and as a member there is a Code of Ethics that I subscribe to. In summary it states that I must always look out for my Client’s best interests. Massachusetts Association of Realtors takes this Article quite seriously. They use the Code of Ethics to help regulate all real estate agents and their licensing. If I don’t do everything in my power to look after your best interests, I’m breaking this Article and jeopardizing my license.
