About Kathleen KeeganGREETINGS! I’m Kathleen Keegan and I love real estate so it is only fitting that my company name is Real Estate Rocks.
I’ve been helping homes find new owners since 2003. I work along the South Shore (Massachusetts) from Bridge to Bridge (Sagamore Bridge up to Fore River Bridge) and specialize in PEMBROKE (my home town), Kingston, Duxbury, Marshfield, and Plymouth.
Working with a great Realtor is a bit like finding that perfect waitress who knows what you want to order on a busy Friday night.
I would love to be included in your search. Here’s some info about me.
- My Family
My son’s Cole and Quinn think real estate rocks, too!!
But, when it comes down to it, Holly, the only other female in my home, is the only real respect I get.
I consider myself a guidance counselor, not a decision maker (that’s you). I have more than 21 years experience of sales and customer service. To check out my resume, see below.
I am a full-time licensed Realtor with the following letters after my name (we real estate agents love letters):
ASP – Accredited Staging Professional
CRB – Certified Buyers Representative
Member of National Association of Realtors (since 2002 – present)
Member of Massachusetts Association of Realtors (since 2002 – present)
Member of Plymouth & Shoth Shore Realtors (since 2002 – present)
- ABOUT ME, THE REALTOR
I grew up in Monument Beach (beginning of the Cape) and was raised by my mother, an AMAZING woman. My dad was a Navy Seal and unfortuneately was killed when he stepped on a landmine in Vietnam. He is buried in Belle Plaine, MN where he grew up. We have the best family reunions there every few years. It’s one of my favorite events.
I enjoy snuggling with the men in my life (my husband and two sons), traveling (ahhhh, love the Caribbean), playing poker or most any other card game, and real estate.
I am addicted to reality shows – Survivor – I’ve seen every episode, every season, The Apprentice, The Amazing Race, Big Brother. I hope that doesn’t change your mind about working with me.
I volunteer or am involved with the following programs:
* South Shore Woman’s Business Network, Board of Directors (4 years), 8 year member, www.SSWBN.org
* Pembroke Town Memorial Committee
* Chairperson for Pembroke Tree Lighting Committee since 2007. I am very proud of this event and how my Committee and I grow it every year. www.PembrokeTreeLighting.com
* Chairperson for Pembroke Largest Water Balloon Fight
* Pembroke Fun Foundation, founding member
* Member of the First Church Of Pembroke
* American Legion, member

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors. and as a member there is a Code of Ethics that I subscribe to. In summary it states that I must always look out for my Client’s best interests. Massachusetts Association of Realtors takes this Article quite seriously. They use the Code of Ethics to help regulate all real estate agents and their licensing. If I don’t do everything in my power to look after your best interests, I’m breaking this Article and jeopardizing my license.
Real estate is my career and my passion. The following is some of my past work experience that has assisted me in my real estate career.
